Privacy policy

In short: your data stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account. We don't see it, collect it or sell it.

What the app stores

• People you add: name, year of birth, emoji/colour, disability tariff (yes/no)
• Freizeitticket per season: purchase date, price, family ticket (yes/no)
• Visits: venue, date, who was there, value

This data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud is on, it syncs with your other devices through Apple iCloud (CloudKit, private database). Only you and Apple can access the private iCloud database, not the developer. Apple's privacy policy applies.

Location
With your permission, the app uses your location to notice when you arrive at a partner venue and to sort venues by distance. This happens only on your device. Location data is not stored and not transmitted. Only a visit you confirm yourself is saved.

Notifications
Check-in prompts are local notifications created by your iPhone. There is no push server.

No tracking
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no accounts, no sharing with third parties.

Venue data from the internet
If the app downloads updated venue data from our server, the server briefly processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address). No personal data is transmitted.

Links to venue websites or freizeitticket.at open external pages; their privacy policies apply.

Your rights
As the developer receives no data from you, you manage everything yourself: delete people and visits in the app, delete the app, or remove the app's data in the iCloud settings. For questions, use the contact address below. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

Feedback board

For bug reports and ideas there is a public feedback board run on the Featurebase service (featurebase.app). Taking part is voluntary and possible without an account. Posts you write there are publicly visible – please don't include personal data. If you give an email address, it is only used to notify you about replies. Featurebase's privacy policy also applies to the board. The app itself sends nothing to the board.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after a short time.

Notice

Freizeitticket Tracker is a private project. The app is not affiliated with Freizeitticket Tirol, its operators or its partner venues, and is not endorsed or reviewed by them. "Freizeitticket Tirol" and the names of the partner venues belong to their respective owners and are only used to describe what the app is for.

The list of partners is taken from freizeitticket.at. Prices are reference day-ticket prices from the venues' price lists, from price portals, or estimated. They may differ from the current prices at the venue. The calculated savings are a guide, not binding information. What the Freizeitticket covers is only binding as stated by freizeitticket.at and the venues.
